We love Olympic Weightlifting at CrossFit Outcome. We have special classes dedicated to teaching proper lifting technique along with accessory exercises so that our members get the most out of every workout.
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes will focus on the following major movements:
Squats: Back squat, front squat, overhead squat.
Cleans: hang cleans, squat cleans, power cleans.
Jerks: push jerk and split jerk.
Snatch: hang snatch, squat snatch, power snatch and many other mechanics for Olympic Weightlifting.
