CrossFit Kids delivers fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. That means, it’s for your kid! Our specialty is not specializing. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift, jump, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics.
Our goal is to wrap fitness up in fun, thus keeping kids engaged while building healthy habits.
Outcome Kids Summer Camps – We have two, one week camps each summer. In them, we promote healthy movement and habits by wrapping fitness up in fun, creating and eating healthy snacks and playing awesome GAMES!!! We are sure it’s just about the coolest thing your kid will do all summer.

Regular Fall/Winter/Spring Classes – (Kids/Teens Classes Follow BISD Schedule)
K-4th Grade: Mondays at 1:15 pm – 2:00pm and Wednesdays at 2:45pm – 3:30pm
5th-8th Grade: Mondays at 2:00pm – 2:45pm and Wednesdays at 3:30 – 4:15pm
