Participating in a range of sports starting at the age five, I discovered a love of fitness and team camaraderie that has continued throughout my life. I graduated from Central Washington University with a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. During my time at CWU (Central Washington University) I played 4 years of varsity soccer and loved every minute of it. Because of a severe knee injury, was not able to continue playing soccer after college but I have stayed committed to my fitness.
In late December 2010, I met Sal and CrossFit Outcome. The incredible support and encouragement from Sal and the Outcome family has allowed me to tap into my love of fitness and that wonderful feeling of being part of a team. This is a feeling that I want to share with others. In that effort, I recently obtained my Level 1 CrossFit Trainer Certification as well as my CrossFit Kids Certification. My goal is to help adults and children develop and maintain that love of fitness I know is within us all. I am committed to helping everyone reach their full potential.
